Solutions
VHS to DVD
VHS tapes come in 1hr 2hr 3hr and 4hr capacities, we can fit upto 2hrs video onto 1 dvd, therefore depending on the length of the recorded video you may require 2 dvd's.
Tapes with less than 1 hr footage can be combined to produce the least number of dvd's therefore keeping costs down, this way you pay per dvd not per tape unlike most competitors.
However please note if the footage was recorded in long play mode then this could potentially double.
We will only transfer home video footage currently on your tape(s) therefore any tv programmes will not be included. So you only pay for home footage.
VHS-c to DVD
VHS-c tapes come in 30min and 45 min capacities, they need an adapter to play in a standard vhs vcr.
We can fit 3-30 min or 2-45 min tapes to 1 DVD.
You only pay per dvd produced unlike most transfer providors who will charge per tape, this greatly reduces the cost to you.
Remember the footage could be recorded in long play which could double the time of recorded video.
MiniDV to DVD
MiniDV tapes have 60min or 90min capacity, they need a bespoke player or camera to playback.
We can fit 2-60min tapes to 1 DVD.
We combine tapes and transfer only recorded footage to utilise the least number of dvd's possible therefore keeping costs down.
Please note estimates can double if your tapes have been recorded in Long Play.
Video8/HI8 to DVD
There are 3 different formats to these tapes they have 60min or 90min capacity, they all need a different player or camera to playback.
We can fit 2-60min tapes to 1 DVD.
We combine tapes and transfer only recorded footage to utilise the least number of dvd's possible therefore keeping costs down.
Please note estimates can double if your tapes have been recorded in Long Play.
Betamax to DVD
Betamax or Beta tapes were the first consumer tapes available, there were no less than 6 different capacities. Like vhs they need a bespoke beta player.
We will only transfer home footage and eliminate tv footage, we can fit upto 2hrs video per DVD and charge only per DVD unlike others who will charge per tape.

Cine Film to DVD
The oldest home motion picture method most common from the mid 1960's to mid 70's.
Consumer film was usually 8mm regular or super8 and cine cameras only held enough film to allow 4 minutes of recording. Films had to be laboratory processed and these 4 minute films would be spliced together onto larger 15 or 20 min reels.
The transfer of cine film to DVD is quite complex and therefore more expensive than analouge video tape.
Our pricing policy is inclusive, you only pay for decent captured film: a common problem with cine film originates from the skill (or lack of) of the cameraman, this translates onto film as over or under exposed, out of focus, too dark/light.
We can capture and adjust poor exposed cine film to a certain extent but sometimes the footage can be indecipherable.
You pay therefore for only "seeable" footage.
We only charge per minute of footage captured with all the "bad bits" discounted.

For added value we take still photos from the film and add them at the end of the DVD all accompanied with relaxing royalty free music.

Photos/Slides to DVD
Having your photos and/or slides in digital format today is a must.
Being able to share, publish, access, categorize and edit all your photographic memories is not only fun but is very impressive to your friends and family.
Once your photos are available in digital format you can create slideshows, photobooks, placemats, picture frames, teatowels, mugs, posters etc. the list is endless.

Leaving your memories on slides or photos probably means they get lost, forgotten and unloved.

We create a dvd for starters, which will hold upto 800 pictures, we add relaxing music and show each picture for approx 15 seconds.
From there it is a simple task to access your photos to create memorable gifts, albums, photobooks, pictures to send to family and friends.
Hardcopy photos and slides have to be proccessed to convert to digital format and we make sure we take very good care of your precious memories.
If you have photos on a memory card or usb stick these can be included in your compilation at no extra charge.

Audio to CD
Time to rock the ceiling lights downstairs whilst you rock in your bedroom to your tunes man!
Oh well maybe not but that's no excuse to leave your collection under the bed!

We convert vinyl lp's or singles and tape cassettes to CD.

We add tracks and titles to your albums so you can search for the track you want, how cool is that?

Just a note on pre-recorded cassettes, most have 90 min capacity? A CD only holds 80 mins, if you just want 1 CD you may have to drop a couple of tracks?
